Job Title：Educational Counselor

Job Duties: 1. Assist Senior Accountants in designing and preparing in-house training materials and curriculums for junior or entry-level accountants of the company; Arrange and host in-house training events, seminars, webinars with the help of Senior Accountants at the Company; 2. Counsel junior accountants or entry-level staff accountant to help them understand the educational purposes from the in-house trainings and to overcome any difficulties they might have; 3. Assist Senior Accountants in designing and preparing tax and accounting related in-personal or on-line courses; Collaborate with Senior Accountants to provide such courses to company’s clients or to the public; 4. Prepare questionnaire, surveys regarding above courses and receive feedbacks from the audience and identify the trends in relating to new tax rules and accounting related topics.

 

Job Requirements： Minimum master’s degree in education.
